Madrid: An Incentive Trip that Redefines the Corporate travel Experience
An incentive trip is more than just a reward for your most loyal employees, partners, or clients; it’s a gesture that transcends the ordinary. It’s the art of recognizing effort, boosting motivation, and fostering stronger relationships within your team or with your key partners. And Madrid, with its irresistible blend of history, innovation, and cosmopolitan lifestyle, becomes the perfect stage for an experience designed to inspire, connect, and amaze.
On this occasion, we created an exclusive five-day travel itinerary in Madrid for a corporate group from Mexico City, offering an immersion into the very best of what the Spanish capital has to offer. Every detail — from the accommodations to the curated activities for the group — was meticulously planned by our team, striving to reflect the essence and authenticity of Madrid.
Arrival in Madrid
Upon landing, the group was greeted with private transportation service that took them to the iconic BLESS Hotel Madrid, a true gem located in the heart of the Salamanca district.
This five-star hotel is not only synonymous with exquisite design, exceptional service, and outstanding amenities but also offers unique spaces such as its rooftop with a pool—perfect for taking in Madrid’s skyline at sunset—or its remarkable spa, ideal for indulging in a moment of relaxation and self-care after a day of exploring the city.
Culture and Leisure
¿Can you imagine visiting an art museum with the doors closed just for you? We surprised our travelers with an exclusive tour of the Prado Museum, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Accompanied at all times by a local expert guide in art history, participants explored the work and legacy of great masters such as Velázquez and Goya in an unforgettable way. The itinerary then continued with a tour of some of Madrid's hidden architectural gems, often overlooked by tourists. Small churches, hidden squares, and historic buildings were among the treasures discovered during a pleasant stroll through the city with a local guide.
The diverse cultural agenda of the trip culminated with an unmissable event: exclusive tickets to a Luis Miguel concert, a marvelous show that combined the thrill of live music with the unique atmosphere of a Madrid night.
In our itineraries, we encourage our clients to explore areas near Madrid that truly deserve to be discovered. On this occasion, we organized a guided tour through the Sierra de Guadarrama, a natural treasure located just an hour from the city. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the travelers enjoyed a hike that concluded with a visit to a local estate and its winery, where they had the opportunity to taste local products such as olive oils, wines, and handcrafted cheeses.
Culinary Experiences
One of our favorite restaurants in the capital was chosen as the introduction to Spanish cuisine for this itinerary. Roostiq is renowned for its focus on seasonal ingredients and culinary techniques that highlight the essence of each dish. From its succulent wood-fired meats and pizzas to freshly picked vegetables and an acclaimed selection of local and international wines, Roostiq offers an array of delights in a warm, inviting atmosphere with outstanding quality.
To end the evening, we arranged for the group to enjoy a private space at Club Matador, an exclusive social club in Madrid. Guests were treated to live musical performances, signature cocktails, and impeccable service in an intimate setting—perfect for relaxing and sharing the day's stories.
A must-visit in Madrid is Cañadío, a true sanctuary of traditional Northern Spanish cuisine with a refined touch that elevates the classic flavors of each dish. From the freshest seafood and fish to premium-quality meats, everything is paired with exceptional national wines, making for an unforgettable dining experience.
Lastly, we must highlight the offering from renowned Mexican chef Roberto Ruiz, a Michelin-starred talent whose restaurant is a must-see. Guests enjoyed an exquisite dinner featuring a fusion of Mexican and Spanish gastronomy. This culinary feast combined creativity, technique, and flavors from diverse cultures. It was the perfect conclusion to the day and the final evening of the itinerary in Madrid.
