1. PURPOSE
The present Legal Warning regulates the access, navigation and use of the Internet domain located in the URL "https://executrips.com/" from now on, the "Web Site") and by means of which every user of the Web Site is informed about his rights and obligations in relation to the contents shown in the same one, the logos and used marks, as well as of the responsibilities that can be derived from their use.
From now on, "User" will be understood as any third party outside ExecuTrips that accesses, navigates or uses the Web Site, independently of the purpose it pursues. The access, navigation or use of the Web Site implies the express acceptance and without reservations on the part of the User of all the conditions of use included in the present Legal Warning, having to these effects the same validity and effectiveness that any contract celebrated in writing and signed.
Without prejudice of the previous thing, ExecuTrips reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and contents of the Web site, as well as the present Legal Warning, without previous notification.
In the event that certain services contained and / or tools offered through the Web Site require the application of special conditions, they will be made available to the user.
2. RULES OF USE OF THE WEB SITE
The Web Site may only be used for lawful purposes, therefore, the User agrees to make lawful use of the same and in accordance with the general conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice. Likewise, the User undertakes to refrain from using the Web Site for activities contrary to Spanish law, morality and public order, assuming the User all the consequences of access or use of the Web Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes, with or without
economic purpose. In particular, and without the following list having an absolute and/or limitative character, it is forbidden:
a) To perform any act that may damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the Web Site in any way or impede the normal use and utilization by the Users.

f) Violate the rights of third parties to privacy, self-image, data protection, secrecy in communications and / or intellectual and industrial property.
g) Make use of the Web Site incurring in any illegal conduct or practice, against good faith, morality and / or public order;
h) Reproduce, distribute, modify or copy all or part of the content of the Web Site, unless you have express written authorization from ExecuTrips or you are legally authorized to do so;
i) Gain unauthorized access to any section of the Web Site, other systems or networks connected to the Web Site, any ExecuTrips server or services offered through the Web Site by hacking or forgery, password mining or any other illegitimate means;
j) Carrying out any action that causes disproportionate or unnecessary saturation in the infrastructure of the Web Site or ExecuTrips' systems or networks, as well as systems and networks connected to the Web ite itself.
The breach of any of the above obligations by any User may lead to the adoption by ExecuTrips of appropriate measures protected by law in the exercise of their rights or obligations.
3. LIABILITIES AND GUARANTEES
With general character, ExecuTrips excludes its responsibility by the damages and damages of any nature or nature that could derive from the bad use of the Web site, as well as by the damages and damages derived from the infraction of the rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property on the part of the Users and/or by the lack of reliability, utility, veracity or exactitude of the contents.

● The damages or prejudices caused, to himself or to a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, norms and instructions that ExecuTrips establishes in the Web Site or through the violation of the security systems.
ExecuTrips declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to guarantee the operation of the Web Site and to reduce to the minimum the errors of the system, as much from the technical point of view, as of the contents published in the Web Site.
ExecuTrips will not be responsible for the veracity, integrity or updating of the information published on the Web Site from outside sources, as well as those contained in other platforms that are linked from the Web Site.
ExecuTrips reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, the access, navigation, use, lodging and/or downloading of the content and/or use of services of the Web Site, without previous notification to the Users who contravene any of the dispositions detailed in the present Legal Warning, without the possibility of demanding compensation for this cause.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ExecuTrips is holder or, in its case, has the corresponding licenses on the rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property of the Web site, as well as those corresponding to the information, materials, products and other contents of the same one, including, in others, source code, designs, structure of navigation, images, graphs, audio-visual contents, photographies, texts, programming codes, databases, marks, logotypes and any other distinctive signs and protectable elements that are shown or used in the Web site.
In no case it will be understood that the access, navigation and use of the Web site on the part of the User implies a resignation, transmission, license or total or partial cession of any right of intellectual or industrial property on the part of ExecuTrips.
Based on this Legal Notice, ExecuTrips only grants the User a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Web Site on the Users device. Any other use of the contents of the Web Site is strictly prohibited.
The User, as well as any third party, shall be restricted in particular, without limitation, from carrying out the following actions: (i) decompiling or reverse engineering the Web Site; (ii) linking, mirroring or framing any part of the Web Site and/or its contents; (iii) deploying or launching any type of program to carry out any action related to data mining or actions tending to damage the operability and functionality of the Web Site.
Likewise, no content of the Web Site may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, reused, downloaded, extracted, displayed, transmitted or sold in any way by any means, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ExecuTrips. Likewise, if the User considers that the Web Site infringes its own intellectual property rights, or any other rights, please send an email to ExecuTrips at the address indicated above, with the following information:
● Identification of the User and, in the case of a legal entity, its representative, including contact information;
● Relevant documentation supporting the request, identifying the holder of the infringed rights;
● Detailed list of the rights that have allegedly been infringed by ExecuTrips, as well as their exact location within the Web Site; and
● Express and responsible statement that the content has been used without the owners consent.

The Web Site can include within its contents links to sites belonging to or managed by third parties in order to facilitate access to information and services available through the Internet. ExecuTrips does not assume any responsibility derived from the existence of links between the contents of the Web Site and contents located outside this one or of any other mention of external contents to this Web Site. Such links or mentions have an exclusively informative purpose and, in no case, they imply support, approval, commercialization, sponsorship or relation some between ExecuTrips and

The affected clause or clauses shall be replaced by another or others that preserve the effects pursued by this Legal Notice.

The provisions contained in this Legal Notice shall be governed at all times by the provisions of Spanish law.
